Every request reaches one desk, with a clock on it
Whichever way you reach the studio — the portal, the “?” button, the forms, the bot — your request lands in one place, says which door it came through, and carries a deadline: six hours if it blocks you, a day otherwise.
NewSupport**Every request now reaches the board, and says where it came from.** A post on the feedback portal, the ? button with its screen recording, the form in your profile, the contact form on the site, a report dictated to the bot in Telegram — all five arrive as cards in the same inbox, tagged with the door they came through and carrying everything the studio recorded: who, from where, on which page, with the recording and the chat. Until now only the portal's posts were published; the other four stopped at the support desk.
NewSupport**And each one carries a deadline.** A report you send as Critical is answered within six hours; everything else within a day — counted from the moment you pressed send, not from when somebody got to it. The urgency you chose travels with the request as its priority, so the queue is worked in the order you meant.
ImprovedSupport**The support desk shows the clock.** Every ticket says which door it came through, how long is left before its deadline — or how far past it is — and links straight to its card on the studio board; a request whose card never got made can be sent again from the desk instead of waiting for the night.
FixedSupport**A message from the contact form is no longer filed as if it came from inside the studio.** It arrives as what it is — a note from the site — and is answered on the same clock as everything else.
NewPlatform**The studio walks itself every night.** Every screen in the building — the public pages, your reels, the windows over the timeline, the desks — is opened as a real account, photographed, and read for what failed while it drew. By morning the studio's staff have one page, **Self-audit**, saying which screens came up broken, empty or slow and which of them is worth an evening; beside it, what the round thinks is worth building next, each idea standing on a number the studio already keeps. The walk only looks: it renders nothing, sends nothing, and leaves every production exactly as it found it.
