A shot keeps the setup you gave it
Casting, costume and art can change around a shot or sequence without rewriting the references it was set up with. Refresh from scene pulls the scene's current pictures when you ask, and leaves your prompts, models and own references as they were.
FixedShotsVideo references upload in pieces. Clips added in the Shot generator no longer fail at 10 MB or stop at 12 MB: they upload in pieces and remain in the current scene's Project gallery. Other reference uploads now respect their stated size limit, and unexpected upload failures give a readable message.
NewShotsRefresh from scene. A shot or sequence you have worked on keeps its own references while other departments change — a new look, plate or prop reaches it only when you press Refresh from scene, beside Auto refs from scene. It replaces the scene's own pictures in place (each person's current selected look, the set plate, the props, the storyboard sheet), adds the ones that are new, drops the ones the scene no longer has, and leaves your prompts, models, settings, frames and the references you picked yourself untouched.
