Scenes get the shots you want in them: add one where it is missing, duplicate a setup for coverage, or have the Camera dept write one from a line. Cutting four shots down to one now sticks — a re-analysis re-plans around your edits instead of over them.
NewShot listAdd a shot. Empty, to fill in yourself; a duplicate of the one above it, which is the coverage move — same staging, same lens, change the size; or written by the Camera dept from one line of intent, in the vocabulary the scene already uses. It lands directly after the shot you added it to, and on the timeline a moment later.
NewShot listShots are lettered where a set letters them: insert after 3.2 and you get 3.2a, then 3.2b. Nothing is renumbered, so every take, camera override and bound clip below the insertion stays with the shot it belongs to.
FixedShot listRe-analysing a scene no longer undoes the shot list by hand. The shots you added come back where you put them, and the ones you deleted stay deleted — before this, the Camera re-planned all four shots you had cut down to one.
ImprovedShot list⌘Z now reaches the shot list, so a mis-clicked delete is a keystroke rather than a re-run — and two people editing the same scene no longer overwrite each other.
ImprovedTimelineRight-click a cell on the Shots track for the same four: add after, duplicate, write one, delete.
