A reel shared for viewing now behaves like one. Fields you cannot save no longer take your typing, buttons that would be refused say so instead of pretending, and the Share dialog offers your production's own crew as job titles instead of a list of roles this studio does not have.
FixedSharingOpen a reel you were given view access to and the studio stops acting as though it were yours. Prop cards, makeup states, lighting fields, camera overrides, moodboard cards, album filing, tags and captions used to change on screen and quietly fail to save — the change now does not happen at all, and a line tells you to ask the owner for edit access.
FixedSharingNothing that spends the production's budget starts from a view-only seat: renders, character and prop generation, storyboard passes, per-scene analysis, key art, backups and the crew and department chats are all held back rather than started and refused halfway.
ImprovedSharingThe crew label you give a collaborator is picked from the production's own crew — Director, 1st AD, Production Designer, Storyboard Artist, DOP, Gaffer, Casting, Costume, Makeup, Props, Sound, Editor — with the agent cast in each role named beside it, and the roles this reel actually cast listed first. It used to offer Showrunner, Cinematographer and Colorist, which are nobody on this timeline.
FixedCastingOpening the Character window on a reel you can only view no longer adds the Costume Designer to everybody else's timeline.
