Signing up with Google needs an invite code too; an address waiting on a workspace joins once its owner confirms it; and Google takes back an address that was never confirmed.

FixedSiteSigning up with Google needs an invite code, like signing up with a password. Sign-up has a Sign up with Google button that uses the code typed on the page. Accounts that already exist sign in with Google as before.See it
ImprovedSettingsAn address waiting on Members joins once its owner confirms it. Typing that address at sign-up no longer gets anyone into the workspace. Opening the link in the confirmation email does. Someone who has already signed up can be added again and is in at once.
FixedSiteGoogle takes back an address that was never confirmed. If an account was opened with your address and a password but never confirmed, signing in with Google makes it yours alone. That password and its two-factor stop working, and every other session is signed out.
