Every page of the studio now has a question mark in the corner. It records what you do while a problem happens, and turns that recording into a bug report Claude drafts for you — you read it, fix what it got wrong, and send it straight to the team.
NewSupportRecord a session: press ? → Record a session, do the thing that goes wrong, press Stop. The recording follows you from page to page and never captures what you type into fields — only that you typed.
NewSupportReport a problem: the dialog attaches your latest recording and Claude writes the report from it — what happened, the steps, what you expected, the errors the page showed. Edit anything before sending; it goes privately to the studio team, who can replay exactly what you saw.
NewCostsThe crew's time is on the bill: every minute an agent worked — each render, analysis and chat reply, finished or failed — is counted per department and month and billed at $100 an hour, under Agents on the costs screen and as Crew work in a production's cost report and statement of charges.
