ImprovedChatChat in the production's top bar opens its chat — from the Edit Suite and from Workflow — with the number of messages from people waiting for you on the button. Down the left: Groups, People and Crew. Click it again to go back to where you were. The separate Messages screen, its panel and its sidebar entry are gone; a link to a conversation from before opens it in its production's chat.
NewChatEveryone on the production is in its chat. Under People is whoever made it, whoever it is shared with and its workspace; click a name to write to them. The conversation is about this production — the same two people have another one in the next production they share.
NewChatNew group puts people on the production and crew members at one table. With people in it the crew answers when someone @mentions them; with crew members only it is a room, as before.
FixedEditorA window's header is visible again. Every department window — Gaffer, Costume, Makeup, Props, the Shot generator and the rest — opened with its title, crew switcher and Close tucked under the studio's top bar. While a window is open, the top bar now steps under its backdrop.
FixedShotsOne render, one take — and one charge. The Shot generator offered some image models' number of images setting; set above one, the provider drew and billed every image while the take kept the first. The setting is gone from the Shot generator, and a render never asks for more than one. Several variants at once is what the Render studio is for.
FixedShotsThe takes strip scrolls again. A slot with more takes than the strip is wide shows a thin bar under it, and the mouse wheel over the strip moves it sideways to the older takes; at either end the wheel scrolls the window as before. The same for the frame-to-animate and last-frame strips.
NewShotsSearch by name in From gallery. Type part of a file name, a caption, a character, a shot code, a tag or an album, and the picker shows only what matches; × or Esc brings the whole gallery back. The Project gallery's own search now finds a stack by the name it is shown under, too.← from post #23 · suggested by 1 person FixedEditorThe screenplay opens at the scene. Opening a shot or a Production Design scene no longer reloads the whole screenplay and runs through every scene card before landing: the dock opens straight at that scene, and it is read once per production.
FixedRenderAn unsent prompt survives a reload. What you type is kept in this browser, one draft per production — press Reload when the studio has been updated, or come back later, and it is still in the box. Reloading or closing the tab during a run asks first, because the run stops with the page.
NewRender← Back to where you were. Opened from the Edit Suite, Workflow, a production's card or References, the studio shows a Back button at the left of its top bar that returns you there — the Edit Suite on the scene you had in focus, Workflow on its phase.← from post #17 · suggested by 2 people FixedEditorEscape closes the Props window, like every other department's — it used to stay open, and its backdrop swallowed the next click on the timeline.
FixedShotsTake names stay as they are in a translated page. With the browser translating the studio, a take's name came out as Ш230-250 · ТК09; it now keeps the shots and the attempt exactly as the file on the drive is named.
FixedTelegramThe Telegram bot can list the studio's productions again, so it can open the one a complaint is about instead of saying it cannot.
